A historic location.

Aviator House’s unique name and bold style were inspired by the site’s history
as the headquarters of the Air Line Pilots Association. Designed by Vlastimil Koubek in 1971, this building was heralded as a landmark of 70s innovation in Dupont Circle.

A modern trajectory.

Today, we’ve reimagined this space as contemporary residences, while
preserving iconic elements of the facade and design. This not only creates a unique vibe but reduces the site’s carbon footprint, combining legacy and innovation in one address.
